LG has used the launch of its new 'L-Style design language' to launch three new phones: the LG Optimus L7, Optimus L5 and Optimus L3 ahead of MWC 2012.
While we're pretty light on specs for any of these devices, we do know the main differentiator will be the screen size: the LG Optimus L3 will have a 3.2-inch screen, the Optimus L5 will pack a 4-inch screen and the Optimus L7 running with a 4.3-inch option.
All three will be using some new buzzwords LG has no doubt spent millions coming up with: Modern Square Style means a more angular look for each phone, Floating Mass Technology makes them look slimmer and Harmonized Design Contrast… we can't even be bothered to explain that one.
All the bits in slightly new places
Basically, the upshot is the new Optimus range will have more intuitive key placement, look a lot nicer and have metallic bits.
More importantly, we've got some launch information from the off: the LG Optimus L3 release date has been set for March 2012 in Europe, although looks unlikely to land with Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
The LG Optimus L5 and Optimus L7 release dates have been set for the first half of this year but will ship with ICS, although we don't know for certain if these will be coming to the UK.
As ever, TechRadar will be sneaking under tables and climbing over light rigs at MWC 2012 to get you our hands on: LG Optimus L7 review (and others) as soon as possible.
